Rich Garden Toys was started back in 1992. We have our own factory for stuffed toys which is located in Nanhai, Guangdong, China. At our factory, we employ around 400 workers who benefit from excellent working conditions.

A mark of our quality is that we have had audit and approved by Kingfisher and also with ISO9000 certification. Our main production lines all over a year are 50% for OEM items, 30% for license characters and 20% for our own design items. Our main export to: United Kingdom / USA / Australia / E.E.C country /  Japan / Taiwan.

We have our own “in-house” design team that works with our customer’s to produce samples in a short time. With accurate sample making and delivery schedule gain the market share of Rich Garden Toys in plush toys industry. High quality and stable workmanship and handcraft for plush from 1 inches height mini in size to 6 feet height jumbo in size.

To ensure highest quality standards, we practice tight quality control procedures throughout the production process. The personnel carrying out our QC inspections are experienced and have been with us for a long time. A measure of our QC standards is that they have passed many independent inspections over the years.     

Additionally, we are able to offer our customers a high level of quality assurance through our vigorous safety tests that conform to the highest standards of both EU and the USA. We are able to work to the EU’s EN71, parts 1, 2 & 3 plus being able to comply with the exacting ASTM standards for the USA.

In Hong Kong we have a dedicated sales and merchandising team that are able to work closely with our customers to produce samples and production items on time. By working closely with our own design team our multi-lingual staff can translate customer drawings into samples in a short time. They then liaise with our factory to ensure that production times are met. In all we offer a first class and personal service to our customers.
